1) Do you have a license from the Occupational Health Center of the Ministry of Health?

Yes, and the license can be accessed in the Certificates section.

2) How are shipments delivered?

For customers in Tehran and surrounding areas, deliveries can be made by courier upon request. For other cities, shipments are usually sent via Tipax or postal service as quickly as possible.

3) Do you provide technical consultation for product selection?

Yes, upon request, we provide technical consultation to our valued customers both by phone and online via WhatsApp, Eitaa, and email.

4) How can orders be placed?

To place an order, simply send the type of adsorbent or filter along with the desired quantity, or even the type of analysis required, via messaging apps. A proforma invoice for the selected products will be sent promptly, and upon final approval and completion of the payment process, the order will be dispatched.

5) Is it possible for you to produce custom adsorbents?

If the type of adsorbent is available, this can be provided within the shortest possible time, typically at least one week.

6) If a product is purchased from you but not used before its expiration date, is there any suggestion or policy?

Yes, if the product is supplied but not used and its time has passed, adsorbents can be returned or exchanged for the same or other items, subject to coordination
